Job Description

  • Develop Monthly sales forecast and send it to sales team to be able to achieve sales targets.
  • Review daily sales reports of sales team to ensure achieving targets and take the appropriate corrective actions.
  • Review daily sales quote of retail Business Developer for his area to take necessary action in the declined area to ensure achieving the company overall sales targets.
  •  Revise the key account BD achievements to ensure that key accounting had achieved their targets (deals) & BD quote to ensure the company overall sales targets. (National, Regional & branch)
  • Visit key customers to get deals and to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Review daily non-collected open invoices & returned cheques to follow-up the collection status & plan for the sales team to develop effective customers visit plan and schedule payments which aren’t collected yet with the to maintain company&sgqts rights & finalize the collection process.
  • Coordinate with distribution supervisor modifying rounds & distributers are applying company rules through regular inspection of their trucks to be able to achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure activating new customers (prospecting) moreover maintaining current ones to increase sales volume & market share.
  • Modify and set the credit ceiling for current and new customers to maintain company&sgqts rights.
  • Review with sales team frozen customers to ensure achieving targets.
  • Review and analyze the returned orders to ensure achieving targets.
  • Review and follow up the expire collection process for all customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Review and ensure collection targets are achieved on time.
  • Resolve customers complains and problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze the report of market share & supplier sales value for Business Developer & take necessary actions to improve the sales in those area as a result to increase the company market share.
  • Develop all needed reports to be submitted to direct manager.
  • Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager within the same level of responsibility.
  • Follow the instructions, requirements of the quality, safety and occupational health, the environment and road safety management system.

  • Performs all Management responsibilities to lead & Motivate own staff to ensure high morale and attainment of operational objectives by ensuring:

Job Requirements

  • University degree in any discipline
  • 6 - 8 years experience in the field of distribution of which at least 2 years as level in a supervisory role.
  • Very Good User of MS office.
  • Advanced Selling skills.
  • Very Good analytical abilities.
  • Well organized and Follow up skills.
  • Negotiation, Planning, Problem solving, Communication and leadership skills.
  • Good command of English language.
