Job Description
The Young Learners Floor Operations Intern will be responsible for the following:
- All the operational details that s/he will be oriented on in his location.
- Doing follow up calls on new clients to ensure targeted fillings.
- Following up on absent clients/kids.
- Sending necessary e-mails.
- Observing kids in/ out and floor control during kids presence
- Reporting any incident to YL Learner's main operations
- Receiving any feedback from clients and sending it to YL parents relation officer.
- Handling necessary data on CRM.
Contract Duration : 1st of June till 31 of August.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in any major.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
