Job Description

  • Answer all incoming calls on time applying customer service standards.
  • Address customer’s needs & concerns to achieve customer satisfaction and call resolution.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right tools.
  • Document customer’s interactions & calls outcome to ensure a proper record of data.
  • Work according to team leader’s plans & directions to maintain company’s KPIs & SLAs.

Working Conditions:

  • Fridays are Off
  • Shifts rotate from 7 AM till 8 PM
  • Location Abasseya
