Job Description
- Use computers for various applications, such as database management or word processing.
- Act as the focal point between the CFO and the company’s Departmental Heads.
- Follow up on pending issues delegated by the CFO.
- Conduct interviews.
- Handle calendar management for the CFO including scheduling of appointments, meeting agendas, conference calls, time planning, and screening calls.
- Attend outside meetings, develop meeting minutes and follow up on action plans accordingly.
- Set up and manage paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents.
- Create, maintain, and enter information into databases
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Accounting– English section is Must
- Microsoft Office excellent is Must
- Very well organized
- Must have background in accounting.
