Job Description

  • Use computers for various applications, such as database management or word processing.
  • Act as the focal point between the CFO and the company’s Departmental Heads.
  • Follow up on pending issues delegated by the CFO.
  • Conduct interviews.
  • Handle calendar management for the CFO including scheduling of appointments, meeting agendas, conference calls, time planning, and screening calls.
  • Attend outside meetings, develop meeting minutes and follow up on action plans accordingly.
  • Set up and manage paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents.
  • Create, maintain, and enter information into databases

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Accounting– English section is Must
  • Microsoft Office excellent is Must
  • Very well organized
  • Must have background in accounting.
  • Female only
