Job Description

  • Increasing OPEX’s brand exposure and visibility.
  • Working with all departments and branches/hubs to ensure consistent messaging, appropriate use of the OPEX brand and image.
  • Organizing events (internal and external), campaigns, and other Marketing activities as per the Marketing Plan
  • Proactively planning and executing the participation of OPEX in relevant exhibitions, conferences, conventions and events, nationally and overseas.
  • Regularly maintaining appropriate image through all OPEX all communication channels, including but not limited to, OPEX’s social media, website, employees’ email signature, banners, posters, brochures, all company’s ATL & BTL, etc.
  • Managing, prioritizing, and assisting with the creation and distribution of promotional content in a variety of formats
  • Actively seeking opportunities to interact and partner with other organizations in order to enhance and improve services and/or broaden brand awareness
  • Effectively communicating OPEX’s Mission, Vision, Goals, Achievements, internally and externally.
  • Preparing company’s profile presentations , and all other Sales & Marketing communication materials
  • Updating and administering OPEX’s Marketing & Communications plan and expenses budget and communicating the same to management
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Ensuring OPEX is represented in relevant online and offline business communities and groups

Job Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and/or Communications, or Business Management or a relevant field
  • Excellent English and Arabic is a MUST: Exceptional written and verbal language and communication skills, including proofreading, editing, and presenting
  • Must be an excellent project manager
  • Events management
  • Experienced in Branding
  • Well established in Communications and Public Relations in Egypt and preferably in the Middle East too – has a media network
  • Ability to write clear and convincing reports, business correspondence and advertising copy
  • Advanced Computer skills
  • Basic mathematical skills and ability to work on cost analysis and ROI calculations
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Dependable, punctual, with good attendance and work habits
  • Flexibility in working hours is necessary for this position especially during peak seasons and as per business needs
