Job Description

Job Description & Duties:

  • Manage day-to-day operations.
  • Act as a liaison between the office and the factory.
  • Monitor order details as per client requests to make sure no errors occur.
  • Ensure quality control during and after the production process.
  • Delivery arrangements.
  • Manage after-sales services and follow-up with clients.
  • Research and evaluate supplies and quantities needed.
  • Negotiate with suppliers.
  • Create and send purchasing orders.
  • Monitor purchases through the delivery process.
  • Create monthly evaluations for demand and supply.

Job Requirements

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to make quick decisions
  • Organizational, leadership, and customer service skills
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Candidate must own a car.
  • Male candidates preferred.
  • Working hours Saturday to Thursday 10-6 pm. Fridays off.
