Job Description & Duties:
- Manage day-to-day operations.
- Act as a liaison between the office and the factory.
- Monitor order details as per client requests to make sure no errors occur.
- Ensure quality control during and after the production process.
- Delivery arrangements.
- Manage after-sales services and follow-up with clients.
- Research and evaluate supplies and quantities needed.
- Negotiate with suppliers.
- Create and send purchasing orders.
- Monitor purchases through the delivery process.
- Create monthly evaluations for demand and supply.
Job Requirements
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- High attention to detail
- Ability to make quick decisions
- Organizational, leadership, and customer service skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Candidate must own a car.
- Male candidates preferred.
- Working hours Saturday to Thursday 10-6 pm. Fridays off.
