Job Description

  • Report directly to Chairman with progress and new targets.
  • Handle incoming guest requests from online platforms such as Airbnb and Trip Advisor.
  • Handle all guest relations tasks including receiving and directing guests through check-in procedures and complaints review to ensure to utmost comfort for every individual visitor
  • Oversee construction & renovations for new apartments and follow up with suppliers and engineers.
  • Perform administrative duties for Chairman including word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations and filing.
  • Training and supervising other support staff including housekeeping & front office clerks.
  • Responsible for social media coverage.
  • Marketing plan execution.
  • Competitor and market analysis.
  • Generate new leads with the aim of developing the business.

Job Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Deep understanding of marketing principles and a solid appreciation for the latest branding and marketing tools.
  • Background in Hotel Management/Hospitality preferred but not crucial.
  • Self-starter, self-disciplined and target focused.
  • Demonstrates drive to succeed, passion and ambition towards building something that has the potential to lead the market in the region.
  • Always looking to add on more responsibilities, becoming more and more of a cornerstone of the business.
  • Not driven by targets set for them, but sets up targets for themselves based on where they think the business needs to be at, and how vital their contribution is for that growth.
  • Possesses the ability to think of out-of-the-box solutions when in a deadlock.
  • Is hands-on and believes in getting things done effectively and aggressively.
  • History of measurable success throughout their career.
  • Possesses integrity and honesty.
  • International and multicultural experience is highly expected.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, outside clients and vendors.
  • Presentable & eloquent speaker.
  • Proficient in communicating in English and Arabic.
