Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform exploratory, ad hoc and focused testing on various mobile platforms
- Tracking apps defects and errors within our pipeline to ensure they are resolved
- Verify bug fixes and ensure that our database is up to date
- Help create and maintain test cases and other QA documents
- Provide qualitative feedback to our development team.
- Help management to actively improve our QA process
- Collaborate across multiple disciplines within the team in driving the app to completion
- Maintain a strong understanding of our app design and complex features
Job Requirements
- At least 2+ years of testing experience.
- Strong understanding of software development cycles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented and has great problem solving abilities
- Self-starter, driven and has a strong work ethic
- Experience in Agile methodology
- Passion for learning and process improvement
- Experience in test automation and tools on the mobile/web platforms
