Job Description
- Managing the stock reports my sending weekly mail
- Responsible for providing all required stock for all new clients.
- Managing the operation and follow up with the clients.
- Sending customer satisfaction survey.
- Responsible to settle with finance team in cash and stock physical counts.
- Finalizing all commission invoices and related Memos.
- Sending weekly capacity utilization report.
- Solving all the problems in the operation.
- Handling all the clients inquires.
- Measuring and reporting KPI warehouse operation weekly, monthly
- Responsible for regular reports and daily, weekly and monthly inbound and outbound volume.
- Dealing with customer communication by mail and telephone
