Job Description

  • Taking the customer calls and record data.
  • Handle the issue to engineers and Follow up with them.
  • Record technical reports.
  • Responsible for following customer satisfaction by calling customers for getting their feedback.
  • Review CRM Entries.
  • Perform any assigned tasks related to the work.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in Business management or relevant field .
  • 2 – 4 years of Experience.
  • Very good communication skills and time Management.
