Job Description
- Communicate with potential customers in U.S.,
- Educate them about our products and services over the phone, while meeting company's targets and fulfilling our mission and vision.
- Achieving sales targets by calling customers and offering them our services.
- Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements
- Influences customers to subscribe in our services by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations.
- Influences customers to subscribe or retain subscription or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
- Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.
- Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Actively listen and pay attention to client issues.
Job Requirements
- Fixed Shifts ( 3 pm to 11 pm )
- Fixed days off (Saturday-Sunday)
