We are looking for a qualified Air Freight Specialist to join our team. You will provide support to sales representatives and respond to customer and prospect queries.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional in shipping services “freight forwarding” with highly knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. You should also be able to interpret sales metrics and be goal-oriented. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills.
Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations.
Responsibilities
- Achieving growth & hitting sales professionals whose roles are to attract new clients to patronize the organization and to generate new sales leads for the company.
- Meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
- Following up & Trucking with operation team Import / Export (Air) Freight shipments operation Process & sharing with the customer his shipment trucking information step by step.
- Handling all export perishable door delivery Airfreight shipments through our global networks.
- Following all clients “Import / Export Air freight shipments.
- Marketing & Outdoor sales for all our services (Air, AOG, Clearance,….ect)
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Proven work experience as between Development & Operation Specialist 3~5 years at least in same field of shipping services “freight forwarding or similar fields”.
- Hands on experience with FMS and CRM systems
- Perfect working knowledge of: MS Windows, MS. Word, MS. Excel, and MS. PowerPoint.
- Very good command of written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Teamwork and motivational skills
