Job Description
Maintains a cheerful and helpful personality.
- Manage client’s accounts from contracting to handover.
- Communicate courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter, and face to face.
- Investigate and handle V.I.P clients and customers with critical issues.
- Dealing with the feedback provided by V.I.P clients and instructors, then inform the management of the results.
- Prepare reports to top management on weekly basis and summarizing the tasks in a daily report to their supervisor.

- 1-year experience in the same carrier.
- A good command of English. Females or Male.
- Have excellent communication skills. Confident. Presentable.

- Flexibility and commitment. Can work under stress. Can work on shift basis.
