About the Job

Maintains a cheerful and helpful personality.

  • Manage client’s accounts from contracting to handover.
  • Communicate courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter, and face to face.
  • Investigate and handle V.I.P clients and customers with critical issues.
  • Dealing with the feedback provided by V.I.P clients and instructors, then inform the management of the results.
  • Prepare reports to top management on weekly basis and summarizing the tasks in a daily report to their supervisor.
Job Requirements

Candidate must be below

  • Max Age 30 years
  • 1-year experience in the same carrier.
  • A good command of English. Females or Male.
  • Have excellent communication skills. Confident. Presentable.
  • Customer oriented.
  • Flexibility and commitment. Can work under stress. Can work on shift basis.
