Job Description
- Schedule meetings for participants in a project.
- Assist the project manager in his/ her daily tasks.
- File project documents, Create expense reports and Manage employee calendars.
- Work with the research and development team, Collect information for summary documents.
- Write meeting minutes,
- Prepare presentations and tables for meetings.
- Monitor project deadlines closely.
- Track project changes and Report issues to project managers and other personnel related to a project.
