Job Description
- Manage the department to be positioned as the central hub of technical information which is required to achieve the organization's strategic goals.
- Develop and oversee plans, processes, and programs that minimize manufacturing costs and maximize production through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital to attain manufacturing objectives and production schedules.
- Handle responsibility of technical change management in the company as well as providing process technical data such as process specification, work instructions, operation master list, process sheets, layout, tools, equipment, and process technical changes,...etc
- Review and analyze production, planning, quality control, and maintenance reports to determine causes of non conformity with product specifications and to promote continuous improvement.
- Develop and encourage use of new techniques to assure the achievement of factory goals.
- Contribute in setting hiring plans, and manpower budget calculations.
- Solve any accidental problem on the production line related to process (such as shortage of parts, wrong material delivery, unclear assembly sequence or instructions,..etc)
- Take responsibility of all technical details during new product launches & preparations.
- Manage the industrial engineering improvement processes, assembly operations, and overall shop performance.
- Follow up, investigate in, and assist in solving quality problems to maintain the required level of quality.
- Participate in the teams of QMS an the international standards related to Integrated Management System.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering
- 12+ years of industrial engineering preferably in automotive and/or process engineering
- Lean/Six Sigma Certification is a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent computer skills
