Job Description
- Ensure the source capabilities to meet the requirements of purchase orders and requests for quotations and raw materials.
- Review, evaluate and select suppliers based on prices, quality, availability, reliability, and other criteria.
- Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers.
- Update Suppliers database constantly and search for new external suppliers to ensure supplying orders to the company with required price, specifications identified in time.
- Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.
- Receipt purchase orders from various departments into supply orders in accordance with the presentations made by the suppliers to work on the procurement process.
- Conduct periodic assessment of external suppliers to arrange suppliers depending on high potential supplying orders.
- Monitoring and follow up suppliers pick up, shipping, clearance process on time.
- Follow-up process of the receipt of the imports with Warehouse and technical departments to ensure conformity with what has been requested by the recipient.
- Solve problems relating to the receipt of requests along with coordinating with suppliers.
- Keep all records of quality models for the import of foreign procurement.
- Support the SAP program for all users on the Material Management Unit (Material Management Module).
- Handle all special assignments within the scope of the department if required.
Job Requirements
- Procurement experience in manufacturing supplies and materials is preferred
- Bachelor degree related to field (Supply-chain, logistics, etc…)
- Ability to analyze and evaluate data.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Good skills in Supply Management, Tracking Budget Expenses, Vendor Relationships, Organization, Planning, Customer Service, Documentation Skills, Manufacturing Methods and Procedures, Informing Others
- Excellent Command of English Language IS A MUST
