Job Description

  • Develop and implement a facility management program including preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirements.
  • Provide prompt response to requests and issues from facility occupants to solve any problem or reply on any comment related to facilities with a good quality
  • Conduct and document regular facilities inspections.
  • Allocate and manage facility space for maximum efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes.
  • Responsible for all cleaning process inside Fetchr and observe it with the office manager.
  • Responsible for all Hubs around Egypt for facility management including (Cleaning, safety and security, Camera system).
  • Set effective regulation with requirement documents related to cleaning management.
  • Responsible for 5S checking

Job Requirements

  • Relevant certificates in Facility Management
  • Grasp of best practice purchasing tools, e.g. supplier scorecards, savings tracking
  • Knowledge in procurement software
  • Knowledge of best practices in Facility management

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related technical field and in-depth knowledge of sourcing activities.
  • Minimum of 7 years facility and administration Management experience.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills required to manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong administrative skills.
