Job Description

  • Create the clients' projects phases and tasks breakdown.
  • Ensure all tickets are properly logged/ created on the CRM Application.
  • Gather business needs from the client.
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers).
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Use CRM application to log the following troubleshooting steps/ essential information in order to calculate the consumed billable time or non-billable time in handling the tickets

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in English is a must.
  • BSc degree of computer science or any relevant certificate or diploma in software.
  • Able to work on fixed night shifts
