Job Description
- Create and execute brand strategies and market plans for the brands, including managing both existing product portfolio and new product launches.
- Plan, develop, and implement the marketing activities for a particular brand or product based on the marketing strategy.
- Implement the marketing activities based on marketing calendar and Monitor the marketing budget each month and compare it with the actual expenses.
- Responsible for orchestrating task with all functions in production, sales, advertising, promotion, research and development, marketing research, purchasing, distribution, package development, and finance.
- High coordination with the Sales, Planning, and Finance teams to meet yearly sales and operating profit objectives set for the assigned brand.
- Supervise monitor and improve skills of Marketing Executives / Assistants that are assigned.
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in FMCG and Beverage environment
- Bs degree in marketing or a related field
- Strong communication skills
- Leadership skills
