Job Description
- Conduct QA audit and ensure that employees follow the company process and standards,
- Perform the ISO review and audit on all the company departments,
- Work for the continuous process improvement,
- Work as a process guide and make awareness of the company process to the employees,
- Plan for the quality goals and conduct monitoring to them,
- Monitor implementing the Senior management decisions,
- Make status reports to the senior management of all the quality goals,
- Perform audit on antivirus update & scan and the backup processes,
- Present the work process to the ISO and QA consultants to ensure that the, NTQMS processes are going in the right track and then check the work progress,
- Meet with department heads for any update in the process or standards,
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- Quality Assurance certificate (CMMI or ISO certificate)
- Excellent English Language
- Excellent Computer skills
