Job Description
- Answer telephones
- Create/ Complete forms
- Maintain scheduling and event calendars
- Maintain E-Mail and Mail follow
- Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records
- Coordinate conference and meetings.
- Establish work procedures and schedules, and keep track of the daily work of the clerical staff.
