Job Description
- Handle customer complaints and then identify and resolve client concerns.
- Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned
- Complete understanding of pricing and proposal models.
- Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in the taking of market share from larger competitors.
- Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts
- Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
- Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services
- Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
- Follow-up for collection of payment.
- Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales
- Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing or other related field of study
- Certificates: Marketing & Sales Certificate.
- Experience: 1 or 3 year of sales experience selling into the automotive marketplace.
- Language: Excellent written and spoken English
- Computer: Proficiency with MS Office products (Excel, MS-Word, PowerPoint) E-mail.
