About the Job
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Regularly Maintains and monitors The Company Website content (products, categories, news, etc.).
- Build and execute marketing strategy through competitive research, platform determination, bench-marking, messaging and audience identification
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily Social media content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
- Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information§ Managing corporate identity material (corporate profile, presentation templates, broaches …etc.)
- Develop and execute marketing programs to promote the company's brand and proactively suggest new campaigns
- Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
- Prepare reports on website statistics.
- Manages routine quality control and maintenance procedures for the site and advertising programs.
- Assists in managing (SEO/ SEM) and re-targeting campaigns.
- Supports E-mail and marketing Campaigns and communications.Stay up-to-date with digital technologies developments
Technical Qualifications :
Have the following technical profile:
- Proven Experience/background in IT/ IS field is A MUST.
- Productivity application (MS Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook) | Expert.
- Social Network, Social Media, social analytics tools, SEO/SEM/ CRO | Expert.
- Consulting, writing, editing Ads (photo/video/text) | Expert.§ Online marketing and marketing channels strategies concepts | Advanced Experience
- Corporate identity concepts | Advanced.
- University degree is a requirement. Relevant certificates will be a good plus
- Another official certification for Microsoft is plus.
- Copy-writing and Digital marketing related certificate will be a good plus.
- English | Excellent writing and speaking.
- Arabic | Excellent writing is plus.
- English Copy-writing.
- Arabic Copy-writing is plus.
- Very good communication skills and customer handling skills is a must.
- Good adherence to policies and procedures.
- Reporting skills.
- Time Management, Priorities handling and decision making.
