Job Description
Working as a UI designer in Doleep Studios you will be required to independently research, choose, design and propose mainly Landing pages and Web interface designs that look stunning, are user-friendly and functional. What makes this position even more fun is that you will be working on a variety of projects across different industries, each requiring a unique and creative approach.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with the team, research, design, choose, define and implement innovative solutions for the web interface direction, visuals, and experience mostly for Landing Pages
- Execute all visual design stages from concept brief to follow up with the developer and final hand-off the management
- Conceptualizing original ideas that bring simplicity, look visually appealing and are user-friendly
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site-maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Present designs and key milestone design deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
- Research and implement a methodology for conduct user research and evaluating user feedback on the created designs
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
- Continually add and improve the technical and soft skills
Job Requirements
Skills Required:
- Proven UI experience for minimum 3 years
- BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related
- Good writing and speaking skills in the English language
- Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio
- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and sitemaps
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively even under pressure of deadlines
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
- Strong attention to details
- Experience of working on Landing Pages is a plus
