Job Description
- Achieving the sales target of the work team in a way that doesn’t contradict the sales company policy.
- Dissemination the company’s strategy and the updates to achieve the sales targets of the work team, and following their execution effectively.
- Setting sales tactics with following up their execution, and evaluating them effectively within the follow up of the daily operations of the work team.
- Following the sales and stocks of the distribution companies by the work team, with evaluating the performance, and taking the proper corrective actions.
- Setting and executing the coaching plans of each member of the teamwork regularly based on the requirements of the work team.
- Participating in the selection and nomination of the work team members in accordance with the hiring regulations of the company.
- Arrangement Doctor Group Meeting and scientific seminars according to an approved Business plan, and preparing the necessary reports and presenting them to the manager.
- Monitoring the expenses of the work team and their conformity to the followed regulations, and introducing them to the direct manager to get the approval of expenses in the proper time.
- Classifying and updating the database of the customers (doctors and pharmacists) of the work team according to the organizing policy of the company
