Job Description
- Drive performance Management process supporting population.
- Drive employee relations agenda in the company, proactive implementation of consultative and communications processes with unions and core teams.
- Consulting with line management and provide daily HR guidance
- Diagnose and deliver reward and recognition interventions to drive business performance
- Responsible for the compensation & benefits policy-making, pension schemes and social relations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 8 to 10 years of experience in Human Resources roles within FMCGs.
- Good knowledge of external employment and development trends, labour markets, labor/employment law and labor unions.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Good PC knowledge (MS office).
