Job Description

  • Rotation ( Making the sales team rotation for Events, Exhibitions, Branches , Booths or site , national vacations…etc. )
  • Inventory ( Availability – Release units – Hold units )
  • Reports ( Sales “Daily – Monthly – Quarterly – Annually ” , Achievements ( Sales persons & Teams ) + Contracts Reports ( Ready - Received - Non-received - Pending Contracts )
  • Internal emails – organizing work with all departments
  • Getting the updated material from Development ( contracts documents & site plans & master plans )
  • Marketing ( requesting the contracts papers & any material we may need from the marketing ) Finance ( handling pending cases with Finance
  • Getting the approved documents
  • Preparing report for the commission calculations )
  • Contracts ( issue contracts “entering the clients info + units info + contract documents + delivery date” + following the contract cycle – after the client signs the contract + sending it to head office to get the approval from all departments + prepare it to be signed from The Head of Sales + prepare the client copy ( filing and stamping ) + make report for the ready contracts and sending them to sales , CRM , legal departments + sending the company copies to the legal departments after being signed from the head of sales

  • Males/Females are required
  • Minimum 2 years of Experience
  • Fluent in English
