- Leading Content Development team to develop, implement and update content to ensure the accuracy of the information and relevancy to the audience.
- Set Btech.com content strategy and processes in order to support products campaigns.
- Plan, scope, staff and lead Content development team, working collaboratively with the Catalogs Creation,
- Design and develop the assessment framework and assure that the related content is in compliance with the framework.
- Regularly review the status of the content production to ensure time and quality compliance.
- Search and recommend the appointment of content development and subject matter experts to ensure the continuity of curriculum enhancement.
- Promote continuous process improvement, helping content team adopt and create faster product development processes
- Assure web-based information is archived for future needs and reference.
- Assure Content reaches business needs and SEO standards.
- Ensuring all content is consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone, as well as being optimized for search and user experience
- Provide management with periodical reports as needed.
Job Requirements
- 4-6 years of Experience in web content management
- Bachelor Degree
- Very Good Arabic and English writing skills
- Prefer to experience in content management systems and tools
- Prefer experience in writing (Copywriting) or creative writing)
