Job Description

  • Own all aspects of Advansys-ESC website experience and serve as consultant to company business units on Digital Marketing topics
  • produce marketing communications material for internal employees, corporate clients and company partners, produce marketing copy for our website
  • Network with industry experts and potential clients to drive brand awareness
  • Plan and coordinate corporate functions, as well as help design and deliver marketing materials that will displayed at the event.
  • Promote our products and services during events and in various media
  • Coordinate the design of promotional material and distribute in online and offline channel
  • Craft and send regular newsletters with company updates
  • Track ROI for marketing campaigns
  • Join social media groups and professional platforms to discuss industry-related topics and monitor corporate website and social media pages and address clients’ queries
  • Work closely with business development & products managers throughout product development to determine target positioning and messaging
  • Gather customer feedback to inform sales, product and marketing teams to ensure marketing initiatives are driving sales
  • Execute digital strategies for lead generation, process and conversion & nurturing cold leads
  • Proactively alert Digital Marketing Manager and Global Marketing teams of issues, related to respective projects
  • Develop, implement and manage Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click, Search Advertising banner, and social media advertising
  • Improve page rankings on major search engines for target keywords and increase search campaign visitor engagement and conversions
  • Build marketing dashboards and reports to surface data at the time of acquisition to improve the efficiency of our marketing efforts and deliver strategic insights based on the analysis of web and social media reports, take actions accordingly
  • Managing the marketing budget
  • Organizing trade shows & Customer events (webinars, roadshows, conferences…)
  • Other duties include putting together marketing plans, developing training manuals and overseeing contracts with external vendors.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 3-5 years Digital Marketing work experience.
  • English fluency is must
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, with strong attention to detail
  • Efficiently manage a large workflow and multiple projects at one time
  • Desire and ability to learn new software is a must
  • Good knowledge of SEM, Email Marketing, PSA, CPC, CPM
  • Familiar with Adobe products .
