Job Description

  • Schedule and arrange meetings, conference calls and CEO’s office activities.
  • Sort and distribute mails, open mail for the (CEO) and determine level of priority.
  • Receive phone calls, manage and handle all routine and non-routine questions.
  • Handle employees/customers’ inquiries that come directly to the (CEO) office
  • Maintain personal and professional calendars.
  • Handle travel schedules, visa, flight, and accommodation arrangements as requested
