- Schedule and arrange meetings, conference calls and CEO’s office activities.
- Sort and distribute mails, open mail for the (CEO) and determine level of priority.
- Receive phone calls, manage and handle all routine and non-routine questions.
- Handle employees/customers’ inquiries that come directly to the (CEO) office
- Maintain personal and professional calendars.
- Handle travel schedules, visa, flight, and accommodation arrangements as requested

- Previous experience in the same career
