- Facilitates day-to-day classes to assist clients in gaining knowledge and soft-skills needed to improve their Performance
- Conducts classes in an atmosphere that promotes caring and respect in accordance with the Mission and Vision
- Organizes, and administers the prescribed curriculum to clients
- Ensures the delivery of the training objectives
Job Requirements
Job Qualification:
- A minimum of 10 years of work experience in Education, 5 of which should include management experience.
- Neither previous training experience nor NLP is recommended
- Native level of English Language
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility
- Passion to help people
- Well groomed
- Must be available for all the endorsement ( certification process schedule) schedule
