Job Description

  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Make travel arrangements for executives
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • Devise and maintain office filing system
  • Acting as the point of contact between the manager and clients
  • Handling requests and queries appropriately
  • Maintain all hard copy and digital records for ongoing executive projects
  • Deliver and pick up business related correspondence in the immediate geographic area.
  • Carrying out specific projects and research
  • Deputizing for the manager, making decisions and delegating work to others in the manager's absence
  • Being involved in decision-making processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree from (AUC-GUC-MIU) or the the same
  • Excellent in Communication skills & Customer service
  • Presentable
  • High in handling multi tasks
  • Gender: Female
  • Age : 30 Max
