Job Description
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Make travel arrangements for executives
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Devise and maintain office filing system
- Acting as the point of contact between the manager and clients
- Handling requests and queries appropriately
- Maintain all hard copy and digital records for ongoing executive projects
- Deliver and pick up business related correspondence in the immediate geographic area.
- Carrying out specific projects and research
- Deputizing for the manager, making decisions and delegating work to others in the manager's absence
- Being involved in decision-making processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree from (AUC-GUC-MIU) or the the same
- Excellent in Communication skills & Customer service
- Presentable
- High in handling multi tasks
