Telesales Agent

Fresh Fruits & Vegetables company is looking for Telesales:

• Contact individuals by telephone to solicit sales for goods or services Explain products or services and prices, answer questions from customers, persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service.
• Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from sources such as telephone directories, internet public records, newspapers, Etc. .
• Maintain records of contacts, accounts, purchases, reactions of prospects contacted and orders .
• Market surveys in order to achieve information about potential customers.
• Responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
• Meet sales target and facilitate future sales
• Responsible for handling client’s requests, orders and inquiries through phone, email and online channels
• Managing & Building clients relationships.
• Following up with customers till their issues has been handled.
• Resolve customer complaints & problems aiming for customer satisfaction.
• Corresponding with the operations team to make sure of timely fulfillment of users requests
• Perform other related duties

Work Conditions:

• Working hours from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm
• Working location at New Cairo
