Job Description

Recruitment

  • Recruit/source applicants.
  • Test and interview applicants.
  • Conduct the hiring process as well as handle the necessary paperwork.
  • Ensure legal compliance.
  • Create a filing and retrieving system that maintains historical human resources records.

Training

  • Establish and conduct training programs.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience.
  • Knowledge and experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and employee development.
  • Great written and spoken communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills- specifically all Microsoft Office components.
