Job Description
- Presenting economic and financial results to Management; Supporting strategic decision-making based on business development analysis and identifying opportunities/risks and scenario evolution.
- Driving controlling and financial operations performance evaluation processes, providing risks minimization, consonant with current legislation and accounting practices.
- Monitoring the company’s goals, tracking the most important indicators down, evaluating and discussing about their variants to minimize deviations related to previews.
- Compliance with both the company’s financial controlling effectiveness and trustworthiness in relation to information and budget processes, in a way that data accurately portraits the period’s events/transactions.
- Ensuring compliance with standards and policies regarding financial operations; Aligning head office and local operations financial/accounting policies.
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state and municipal level legislation by making financial statements and controls available.
- Ensuring compliance with the company’s values in order to achieve the company’s mission and vision.
- Managing the team and ensuring a stimulating and productive work environment through permanent monitoring and feedback, as well as driving the team’s constant commitment.
- Planning, developing successors and a qualified work team aligned with the company’s needs.
- Contributing to the identification of the company’s profitability level levering opportunities, as well as contributing to fulfill profitability projections and other financial goals specially from costing perspective.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in Audit firm is a must
- Excellent English Communication
- Excellent Computer Skills
- Bachelor of commerce
- CMA or CSA or ACCA Holder is must
