About the Job
- Answer and direct all phone calls related to the company
- Maintain a contact lists for all the customers
- Communicate with our clients as well as the employees regarding any updates
- Assist in preparing reports, memos and meeting minutes
- Develop a filing system for the clients, employees and external partners
- Update potential clients with new projects
- Assist in administrative paperwork and office tasks to ensure a smooth workflow
- Manage online platforms, like Facebook, Instagram accounts
- Prepare weekly reports to the manager, including attendance and sales team performance
- Manage the official email of the company by receiving and replying back
- Perform follow up on leads
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
- Represent the company in any event/ on daily basis by welcoming visitors
Job Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required
- Willing to develop and learn new skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent command of English language (written and spoken)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Creative, responsible and active
