Job Description

About the Job

  • Answer and direct all phone calls related to the company
  • Maintain a contact lists for all the customers
  • Communicate with our clients as well as the employees regarding any updates
  • Assist in preparing reports, memos and meeting minutes
  • Develop a filing system for the clients, employees and external partners
  • Update potential clients with new projects
  • Assist in administrative paperwork and office tasks to ensure a smooth workflow
  • Manage online platforms, like Facebook, Instagram accounts
  • Prepare weekly reports to the manager, including attendance and sales team performance
  • Manage the official email of the company by receiving and replying back
  • Perform follow up on leads
  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
  • Represent the company in any event/ on daily basis by welcoming visitors

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required
  • Willing to develop and learn new skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent command of English language (written and spoken)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Creative, responsible and active
  • Professional appearance
  • Ability to deal with clients
  • Ability to organise, multitask and prioritise
