Job Description

  • Define the scope of the project in collaboration with Project Manager.
  • Determine with Project Managers each project item budget to submit to financial department.
  • Monitor and approve all budgeted project expenditures
  • Ensure the project required materials, equipments Deliveries are consistence with Time Frame.
  • Facilitate Coordination with technical department and service department.
  • Determine the objectives of the Projects Department.
  • Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
  • Ensure that all project personnel receive an appropriate orientation to the organization and the project
  • Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards
  • Review the projects time schedules.
  • Review projects cash flow sheet.
  • Review for all project invoices and payment with Project Managers and Financial.
