Job Description

  • Develops sales plans for Industrial Solutions Business Unit to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintains effective relationship with the key clients by conducting customer visits with sales team when needed.
  • Analyzes and explores market trends and competitions through identifying competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses & establishing targeted market share.
  • Assigns sales staff to certain territories and industries and manages staff rotation.
  • Coordinates suppliers visits to key clients and attends those visits.
  • Reviews weekly visit reports of sales staff.
  • Monitors Protective Coatings project statues and progress.
  • Provides technical guidance and support to sales team.
  • Provides technical guidance and support to key customers.
  • Reviews and approves tenders price quotations.
  • Reviews clients orders and approves all purchasing requests before submission.
  • Attends relevant exhibitions and seminars.
  • Monitors and manages staff performance.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum age 38-40
  • Minimum years of experience in a managerial position 4 years
  • Education: must have a science or engineering degree in chemistry.
  • Background must be in chemical products sales most preferred is water treatment chemicals.
