Job Description
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the Right price under the best terms.
- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Display and market a real property to possible buyers.
- Handling buyers who are interested in buying in developers’ primary projects.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Meeting with sellers and buyers to sign brokerage agreements.
- Getting new leads for buyers and sellers.
Job Requirements
- Knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
- Car owing is a must
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent command of English language both spoken and written.
- Professional attitude, punctual, presentable and customer service focused.
