Accountant

We are looking for a competent Accountant to handle, prepare, computer, manage, research and analyze all accounting data, in order to provide quantitative information on performance, financial position, solvency and cash flows of our business.

Responsibilities:

• Track daily billing collections to follow each customer's debt.
• Accounts Payable, includes processing invoices
• Cash flow, Income, and Balance Statement
• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
• Prepare to withhold tax report on time manner
• Documents financial transactions by entering account information
• Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing a balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
• Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents
• Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
• Secures financial information by completing database backups to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
• Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
