Job Description
Details Contracting is specialized in fit out projects in retail industry and project Management.
Currently we have 2 Vacancies available for a Full-time site architect with responsibilities as follows:
- Revise project drawings
- Project managing and helping to coordinate the work of the team.
- Meet with engineers and senior workers to evaluate the resources requirements, and prepare cost
- estimates of the project.
- Prepare sketches and design proposals of the construction and evaluate ideas of improving the design.
- Visit construction sites and evaluate working progress.
- Maintain construction standards and create drawings for different clients.
- Measure heights, areas and maintain the required spaces assigned.
- Preparing and presenting site reports and design proposals to the client.
- Keeping within financial budgets and deadlines.
- Specifying the nature and quality of materials required.
- Resolving problems and issues that arise during construction.
Job Requirements
- Must hold a Bachelor Degree in Architectural Engineering with Grade (B) or higher.
- Must be a member of Egyptian Engineers Syndicate.
- Excellent English communication skills including report writing and presentation skills.
- Strong skills of AutoCad & Photoshop.
- Fully understand the aspects of site supervision and project management.
- Experience of interpreting and understanding local rules, regulations and design guidelines
- Able to have an oversight of multiple contacts and a large supervision team.
