Job Description

Business Development Specialist

Job Goal:

  • Achieving the monthly target of acquiring new accounts as well as maintaining a fruitful relationship with current accounts

Job Responsibilities towards Potential & Acquired Accounts:

  • Preparing the monthly list of targeted accounts within the assigned area.
  • Generating and maintaining various databases, and reports.
  • Preparing the sales materials.
  • Generating business to business deals.
  • Setting calls, appointments & meetings with account contact persons.
  • Coordination with customer support for handling complaints and closing pending cases.
  • Building, developing and maintaining strong trustable relationships with clients.
  • Researching customer needs and suggesting new services & products to the company business portfolio.
  • Getting continues feedback about the current products & services
  • Always communicate with the existing clients and get their feedback on the services.
  • Follow up with the existing clients for renewal the contracts.

Job Base:

  • Two open positions for Cairo and Giza.
  • Days off are Thursday and Friday
  • Flexibility to work outside the office 4 days per week.
  • The job involves traveling 10% of the time if needed outside of the assigned area.

Job Reporting:

  • You will report directly to the CEO.

Job Requirements

  • 0 - 2 years of relevant experience
  • Very Good English skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
  • Adaptable to new cultures & environments.
  • Self-directed & self-motivated.
  • Very good problem-solving skills.
  • Energetic and Confident
