Job Description

Job Summery:

  • Fulfill the customer requirements based on quality assurance requirements within agreed time as per SOP.
  • Record, analyze, investigate, and report on customer complaints and returns.
  • Dealing with customers’ complaints to Measure and improve customers’ satisfaction.
  • Break down problems and apply problem solving techniques to determine the cause roots and their effects.
  • Responsible for building relationships with new clients and leading team productivity.
  • Maintaining the company’s existing relationship with a client or group of clients in order that they will continue using the company for business.
  • Responsible for managing several accounts and often being the face of the company to many clients.
  • Ensuring that clients pay on time.
  • Oversee all daily activities for assigned customers.
  • Provide training to customers on using Entrepreware portal.

Professional Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Any academic/professional background welcome.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) or willing to learn.
