Job Description
- Develop marketing strategy for the company in line with company’s objectives.
- Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
- Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
- Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
- Prepare online and print marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
- Create a wide range of different marketing materials.
- Collaborate with marketing team to innovatively reach more potential customers.
- Provide motivation and inspiration.
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
- Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value
- Oversee the company’s marketing budget.
- Identify weaknesses in existing marketing campaigns and develop pragmatic solutions within budgetary constraints
- Organize promotional events at trade shows and other venues.
- Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as to brainstorm fresh strategies
- Oversee day-to-day sales, monitoring and forecasting to better understand the market
- Continually assess our marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales
- Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
- Stay up-to-date on current market trends
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field, master’s degree preferred
- Certifications that provide evidence of a desire for continued education are a plus
- 10+ years’ experience in marketing and promotion
- Has experience 5 years at least in a reputable real estate company
- Aware of the industry standards and best practices
- Transformative approach to leadership that inspires and empowers others
- Aware of the latest market trends and shifts, as well as projections for the future
- Evidence of ability to innovate and implement change successfully
- Ability to prioritize high-value tasks and focus under pressure
