Job Description

  • Handle inbound customers calls and deal with customer’s inquiry on the first call as receiving the fax, resending the fax, modifying the approvals, awareness of the medical service and the covered network to maintain the customer satisfaction and fulfill the customers’ requests by clarifying desired information.
  • Verify customers and providers calling the customer service, registering data on log sheet, maintains customer service database by entering information to ensure that the proper documentation is in place.
  • Resolve customer’s and providers’ problems or complaints by solving related issues, escalating unresolved problems to his/her direct line manager.
  • Perform outbound calls to clarify any requests doubts or confirm that customer’s problems are solved.
  • Deal with job stress and angry customers in addition to handling these calls in proper attitude to satisfy customer’s expectations.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned (by line manager) within the realm of his/her position, qualifications and capabilities

Job Requirements

  • BSc Degree
  • 1– 2 years of experience
  • Males only
  • Working Days:3 days from Thursday 11 pm till Saturday 4 PM
  • Previous experience in customer’s service/care position is preferable
  • MS Office Suite
  • Medical Background is preferable
