Job Description
- PAIR is currently searching for a creative and dedicated addition to our team with an unwavering willingness to create groundbreaking and disruptive work.
- The Graphic Design Lead will be responsible for shaping the design direction and will be responsible for the creative execution of all business activities.
- Support design direction and creative execution on project deliverables, pitches, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with client services director to develop creative graphic design solutions that meet the client’s objectives.
- Create designs to demonstrate concepts in support of strategies developed.
- Coordinate with production/operations teams to ensure approved creative materials are delivered on a timely basis with consistency and high quality.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders including vendors, printers, freelancers and contractors as required for on time in full project completion.
- Work under the guidance of the C.C director to manage the design process from concept to completion.
- Create compelling designs for print, digital, and social platforms.
- Strive to continually increase the creative level of the department's output.
- Research and prepare material in support of new design concepts and create storyboards to present ideas.
- Develop an understanding of how target audiences interact with the produced designs and leverage the knowledge in order to improve the creative design process.
Job Requirements
Qualifications-
- Bachelor of arts in graphic design.
- 2-3 years of professional work experience in the design field.
- Candidate must demonstrate a strong team ethic and the ability to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Candidate must be highly organized and demonstrate strong multitasking and commutation skills, and be detail oriented.
- Candidate must exhibit a strong work ethic and a commitment for self development.
- Candidate must possess motion graphic / animation expertise.
- Proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier, After Effects, Dreamweaver are a must).
- Knowledge of cinema 4D considered a big plus.
- Knowledge of HTML is a plus.
- UI/UX experience is a plus.
- Basic understanding of usability testing and test planning is considered a big plus.
- Candidate should have strong typography skills and a comprehensive portfolio demonstrating all of the above.
