Job Description
Main Responsibilities/Tasks:
- Supporting the sales team in giving advice to farmers regarding best practices for farm & feed management and nutrition by:
- Farm visits
- Data recording and analysis
- Studying the farms of potential customers and providing reports
- Reporting recommendations based on data collected
- Working on a BAP manual to support farmers.
- Working on a technical support plan for the year.
- Communication with De Heus formulations regarding RMs and adapting recipes according to the nature of fish farming in Egypt
- By understanding the RM specs in the market
- Recommending additives or other aspects of feed formulation based on customer/market demand
- Understand and coordinate quality standards/topics for KKF’s fish feed product assortment:
- Regularly checking feed results with QA and analyzing them in comparison to the market
- Communicating any quality problems seen in the market and/or complaints regarding our feed quality.
- Communication and understanding of technical information about our feed assortment and the potential performance benefits e.g. health benefits, FCR, etc.
- Commercially communicating technical information to customers in a way that they can understand and demand our feed.
- Understanding all technical information of our feed in coordination with De Heus formulations team.
- Collection and analysis of farm technical data
- Overview of customer complaints and suggestions of actions/solutions accordingly
- Market research on technical results of competitors feeds results to compare with our technical results.
- Recommendation of new feed products based on the development of market trends
- Market research
- Reporting of market trends to justify the need for new feed products if that is it the case.
Job Requirements
- Willing to travel frequently in Kafr El-Sheikh, Beheira, Behera and Cairo.
