Digital Marketing Associate

PAIR is currently searching for a creative and dedicated addition to our team with an unwavering willingness to create groundbreaking and disruptive work. The Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for the planning, design, optimization maintenance, measurement and reporting of digital marketing activities.

• Create and manage content, optimize for SEO/SEM, and manage analytics for all digital related marketing activities.
• Lead the execution and optimization of paid digital activities including display advertising, mobile, SEO, and SEM.
• Analyze and report digital behavior and generate insights to improve marketing initiatives.
• Optimize, and conduct landing page tests.
• Work under the guidance of the C.C and Digital Operations lead to coordinate all digital marketing activities.
• Develop and write digital content and maintain content publishing library.
• Integrate online activities with offline marketing communications to ensure project delivery as per agreed KPIs and provide value adding client support.
• Develop creative briefs for external clients in order to establish direction
• Manage external stakeholders to ensure all contracted work is consistent, of required quality, cost effective, and as per agreed standards.
• Ensure all digital design and copy are optimized for branding, reach, and consumer impact.
• Identify innovative opportunities for applying new technologies and digital products/services to optimize online campaigns.
• Conduct pre and post-evaluations of all digital campaign and contribute to the development and measurement of performance indicators and success factors in conjunction with C.C lead.
