Job Description

The HR and Administration manager is a core position and will be responsible for all that is related to HR and Administration:

Human Resources:

  • Hiring new employees
  • Scheduling weekly interviews and open days for hiring agents
  • Monthly payroll and compensation
  • Managing attendance and leaves for all employees
  • Manage employees paperwork and processes
  • Responsible for orientation sessions for new employees
  • Should present reports and analysis on employees in terms of costs, turnover rate and lifetime analysis

Administration:

  • Develop new processes to facilitate cycles such as onboarding cycle, payroll cycle...
  • Responsible for office stationery and supplies
  • Manage administration resources
  • Overlook appointments for the management team

Job Requirements

  • Multitasking
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Arabic and English
  • Organization
  • Presentation and communication skills
  • Previous experience in HR and hiring customer services agents is a MUST
  • Flexibility in working hours
  • Management skills
