Job Description
The HR and Administration manager is a core position and will be responsible for all that is related to HR and Administration:
Human Resources:
- Hiring new employees
- Scheduling weekly interviews and open days for hiring agents
- Monthly payroll and compensation
- Managing attendance and leaves for all employees
- Manage employees paperwork and processes
- Responsible for orientation sessions for new employees
- Should present reports and analysis on employees in terms of costs, turnover rate and lifetime analysis
Administration:
- Develop new processes to facilitate cycles such as onboarding cycle, payroll cycle...
- Responsible for office stationery and supplies
- Manage administration resources
- Overlook appointments for the management team
Job Requirements
- Multitasking
- Excellent command of written and spoken Arabic and English
- Organization
- Presentation and communication skills
- Previous experience in HR and hiring customer services agents is a MUST
